Stone Cove is the latest project from the team at SixthDay Homes as part of the 2026 Parade of Homes and features some of our best design elements and finishes. We’ve worked hard to create a space designed and suited for recreation, rendezvous and retreat.
Outlined by channels of river rock, the long front walk passes through twin pony walls which flank the approach to the paver-finished front patio.
Through the lightly-detailed oak entry door, you’ll notice the unique basketweave pattern of the hardwood floors that define the interior entry space.
On either side of the front entry, the metal-framed double door and transoms outline the entrance to the Office and Dining Room, where you will find statement ceiling heights of 14’ and 12’ respectively.
The deep color-drenched walls of the Office are highlighted by the detailing by the extensive trim work.
The Dining Room is a statement. The over-sized window element and recessed shelving niche frames this space large enough to hold a table for 12.
Wood-wrapped and gently-arched openings lead into the entertaining core of the house, with 3 distinct, yet connected spaces of the Living Room, Sitting Area and Kitchen…a perfect setting for hosting friends and family for memorable gatherings.
Upgraded light oak cabinetry, reeded range hood, large side-by-side fridge / freezer, Forno range and oven, this Kitchen is suited for hosting larger gatherings.
The reeded glass door leads into the Pantry with thoughtfully-designed shelving and cabinetry which provide plenty of storage and space to prep, plus a built-in Fisher-Paykel coffee maker. The counter-to-ceiling tile backsplash and light oak shelving mirrors the Kitchen selection.
Beyond the Kitchen, you’ll find the Powder Bath with a showcase tile wall and floating natural stone countertop adjacent to the garage entry hallway with storage lockers for everything you bring back on your return home.
The 3-car garage contains a family safe-room and stairs to access the extensive storage above the garage.
The west wing of the house holds the Primary Suite, which is set beyond the shared spaces of the house via a transition hallway with an oak-clad ceiling. The Primary Bedroom has a vaulted ceiling accented with narrow-styled natural white oak wood beams and the subtle sheen of the hand-plastered fireplace complete the space.
The Primary Bathroom is found through double doors, leading to a space designed with symmetry and balance in mind and enhanced by the repeated use of natural stone from the countertops through the shower opening and under-lit bench seat. The over-sized shower is drenched in natural light and features overhead and wall-mounted shower heads, while the built-in cabinets with recessed lighting frame the centerpiece tub.
The custom-designed Primary Closet is connected to the well-appointed Laundry Room (a design aspect we love) and the Primary Suite has both it’s own backyard-facing patio AND a private courtyard for enjoying quiet early mornings.
The east side of the house holds the Bonus Room and the remaining 3 Bedrooms, 2 with en suite bathrooms and all tastefully finished. The Bonus Space is owner’s choice with how to use it and is connected to its own patio (one of five around this house) and in close proximity to the Pool.
The Outdoor Entertaining Hub is a crown feature of this plan, with 3 distinct sections including a turf-covered zone off the main patio; a fire pit surrounded by crushed granite; and the last comprised of the Pool and tanning desk, finished with natural stone pavers and enclosed by landscape-wrapped pony wall with metal framing. A perfect setting for gatherings and late-night hangs.
